Logged in device not receiving data

Occasionally you may run into a case where you appear to be logged in but you are not getting data (or unable to upload data to the site).

Go to the "Load Games" screen. If it appears to show your login name but there are no organizations listed and you have a good internet connection, try logging out then logging in again.

Select the log in name in the upper right to get the menu and select "Logout".

It will return you to the "More" screen.

Select "Load Games". You will get the alert to Log in.

Dismiss the alert and select the "Login" menu in the upper right corner.

Select "Login".

Enter your credentials and click "Sign In".

You should now get a list of your organizations.
